Corda AI Cookie Policy
Last Updated: September 13, 2026
What Corda stores on your device, why we use it, and how you control it
Effective: 9.15.2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Corda AI uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit https://corda.marketing/, use the Corda application, or interact with related online services (together, the “Services”).
Read this with the Corda Privacy Policy. That policy explains the personal information we collect, why we use it, where we process it, and the rights available to people in the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and other locations.

1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser or device. They can last only for the current browser session or remain until they expire or you delete them. Cookies help websites remember information, keep users signed in, protect accounts, measure performance, and store choices.
We may also use similar technologies, including pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, software development kits, mobile identifiers, and server-side event tools. In this policy, “cookies” includes these technologies unless we explain otherwise.
2. Where This Policy Applies
This policy applies to cookies used on Corda’s public website, login and account pages, dashboards, product interfaces, mobile applications, documentation, demo and contact forms, and other pages Corda operates. It also covers third-party tools that Corda places on those pages.
A third-party website or integration you choose to visit may use its own cookies. Its policy, not this one, controls cookies placed independently on that service.
3. How We Use Cookies
Corda uses cookies to:
- keep the website and application working;
- authenticate users, maintain sessions, and protect accounts;
- remember language, region, display, consent, and workspace preferences;
- understand which pages and product features people use;
- identify errors, outages, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- measure campaigns, demos, and communications; and
- support advertising or remarketing only where Corda has enabled it and the user has the required choice.
4. Cookie Categories
- Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required to deliver the Services or a feature you request. They support login, session continuity, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, billing flows, and storage of privacy choices. Because the Services cannot operate properly without them, they are generally active by default.
- Functional cookies
These cookies remember choices that improve convenience, such as language, region, display preferences, onboarding progress, pricing views, and selected workspace settings. If you reject them, the main Services should still work, but some preferences may not be remembered.
- Analytics and performance cookies
These cookies show how visitors and users interact with the Services. They may record pages viewed, referring pages, buttons used, feature activity, session timing, device and browser details, approximate location derived from IP address, and errors. Corda uses this information to understand performance and improve the Services.
- Advertising and measurement cookies
If enabled, these cookies help Corda measure advertising, limit repeated ads, build or exclude audiences, and understand whether a visitor later books a demo or creates an account. Advertising providers may recognize a browser across websites. Corda will not use these cookies where consent or an opt-out is required unless the required choice has been provided.
5. Current Cookie List
The cookies and related technologies Corda uses are listed below. The list covers the public website, application, tag manager, consent manager, embedded tools, and mobile builds, and will be updated when those tools change.

Some providers may set additional cookies after you use an embedded feature, such as a video, support chat, payment page, calendar, or authentication service. Where required, the settings panel provides current provider-level details.
6. Your Cookie Choices
- Cookie Settings
When required, Corda displays a banner or settings panel that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies by category. You can’t disable necessary cookies through that panel. You can change your selection at any time. Withdrawing consent should be as easy as giving it.
If you clear browser storage, use another browser or device, or visit from a different region, Corda may need to ask for your choices again.
- Browser And Device Settings
Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies and control third-party cookies. Mobile devices may also provide controls for advertising identifiers and app tracking. Blocking every cookie can prevent login, security, billing, preferences, and other parts of the Services from working correctly.
- Google Analytics Or Other Provider Controls
If Corda uses Google Analytics or another analytics provider, users may also be able to use that provider’s opt-out mechanism. Provider-level controls may not replace choices available through Corda’s own settings.
7. UAE And United States Choices
- United Arab Emirates
Where a cookie processes personal data and consent is required under UAE law, Corda will request consent in clear language before using the cookie. You may withdraw consent through the cookie settings. Necessary cookies may use necessary cookies where required to provide a requested service, protect the Services, or support another lawful basis.
- United States
U.S. privacy rights vary by state. If advertising cookies involve the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or covered profiling, Corda will provide the opt-out required by applicable law. Submit requests not covered by the cookie settings through https://corda.marketing/privacy-policy/.
Where required, Corda recognizes browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for the browser or device sending the signal. If a signal conflicts with a signed-in account choice, we will handle the conflict as required by applicable law.
8. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no single generally accepted standard for interpreting that signal, Corda may not respond to it unless the law requires a response. This does not affect Corda’s obligation to recognize Global Privacy Control or another legally required preference signal.
9. Mobile Applications
Corda’s mobile applications may use SDKs, device identifiers, local storage, push-notification tokens, crash reporting, and app-attribution tools. These technologies can support login, security, preferences, analytics, diagnostics, messaging, and attribution.
You can manage some mobile choices in the application and others through your device settings. Disabling permissions or identifiers may limit the related feature but should not affect unrelated functionality.
10. Third Party Features
Corda may include tools supplied by authentication, payment, support, scheduling, video, analytics, content-management, communication, and advertising providers. A provider may receive your IP address, browser or device information, page or feature activity, identifiers, and information you submit through its feature.
Corda selects and configures providers, but each provider may process information under its own privacy policy when acting independently. The current cookie inventory and Corda Privacy Policy should identify the relevant providers and purposes.
11. Cookie Retention
Session cookies normally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiration date or until you delete them. Corda sets durations based on the cookie’s purpose and aims to use the shortest practical period. The cookie table or the live settings panel shows the current duration for each cookie.
Corda may store information collected through a cookie separately after the cookie expires. The Corda Privacy Policy explains the retention rules for account, analytics, security, marketing, and operational data.
12. Changes To This Policy
Corda may update this policy when cookies, providers, features, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If a change materially affects consent or privacy choices, we will request a new choice or provide additional notice where required.
