How To Track An Authority Campaign In Corda

Once you launch an authority campaign, Corda gives you a central view of its progress.

You can see which campaigns are active, which placements are in progress, what needs your attention, and which campaigns are completed or expired.

The Campaigns section is where you monitor this activity.

Open Your Campaigns

  1. Log in to your Corda workspace.
  2. From the left-hand navigation, select Campaigns.
  3. You’ll see an overview of your campaigns and their current status.

The Campaigns page includes summary cards for:

  • Active campaigns
  • Pending approvals
  • Placements in progress
  • Completed campaigns
  • Expired campaigns

This gives you a quick view of what is happening across your campaigns before you review individual campaigns.

Check Campaigns That Need Your Attention

Corda also shows a Needs attention section.

If a campaign requires an action from you, it appears here. If nothing requires action, Corda shows that no campaigns need attention.

Check this section regularly so that approvals or other campaign actions do not remain pending.

Filter Campaigns By Status

When you have multiple campaigns, use the campaign filters to find the ones you need.

Corda provides filters for:

  • All
  • Active
  • Pending
  • Placement in Progress
  • Draft
  • Completed
  • Paused
  • Expired

For example, select Placement in Progress when you want to focus specifically on campaigns where publisher placements are currently being worked on.

You can also use the Search campaigns field to find a specific campaign.

Review Campaign Details

The campaign list gives you the key information you need to understand each campaign’s current state.

You can review:

InformationWhat it tells you
CampaignThe name of the campaign
TypeThe campaign or placement type
StatusWhere the campaign currently stands
BudgetThe campaign budget
UpdatedWhen the campaign information was last updated

Use these details together rather than looking at the budget or status alone.

For example, a campaign marked Placement in Progress tells you that the campaign has moved beyond setup and publisher placement activity is underway. The Updated time shows how recently Corda recorded activity.

Understand Campaign Status

Corda uses campaign statuses to show where each campaign is in its workflow.

Draft: The campaign has been created but is not yet running.

Pending: The campaign is waiting for an approval or action before moving forward.

Placement in Progress: Publisher placement activity is underway.

Active: The campaign is currently active.

Completed: The campaign has finished its planned activity.

Paused: The campaign has been temporarily stopped.

Expired: The campaign is no longer active because its campaign period has ended.

These statuses help you understand a campaign’s operational state without reviewing every campaign individually.

Track Campaign Progress From The Campaigns Page

A simple tracking routine that you should follow:

Campaigns → Check summary → Review Needs Attention → Filter by status → Review campaign details

Start with the summary cards to understand the overall workload. Then check “Needs attention” for actions that require you.

After that, use the status filters to focus on the campaigns you want to monitor.

What To Check Regularly

For an active authority campaign, pay attention to:

  • Current campaign status
  • Pending approvals
  • Placements in progress
  • Campaign budget
  • Recent updates
  • Completed placements or campaigns

Tracking isn’t just about counting placements. Corda helps you monitor whether the campaign is moving through the planned execution process and whether you need to take action.

Track Campaign Performance Against the Original Goal

Campaign tracking should ultimately connect back to the Authority Goal and Authority Gap that the campaign was created to address.

Your original campaign baseline gives you the starting point. As the campaign progresses, use Corda’s reporting and authority insights to assess what has changed and whether the campaign is addressing the gap it was designed to work on.

If the campaign isn’t progressing as expected, use the available campaign information and authority insights to decide what needs to change, rather than simply adding more placements.

A Simple Campaign Tracking Routine

For regular monitoring, use this process:

1. Open Campaigns: See the current state of all campaigns.

2. Check Needs Attention: Handle approvals or other actions first.

3. Review Active and Placement in Progress campaigns: Focus on campaigns currently being executed.

4. Check budget and recent updates: Make sure campaign activity is moving as expected.

5. Review completed campaigns: Use the results to understand what changed against the original campaign goal.

6. Reassess the next action: Use Corda’s authority insights and campaign data to decide whether to continue, adjust, or plan the next campaign.

The Key Idea

“Corda campaign tracking connects execution with the authority goal behind the campaign.”

You are not just monitoring whether a campaign is active. You are checking whether the planned work is progressing, whether anything needs your attention, and what the campaign contributes to your broader authority strategy.
