How To Create Your First Corda Campaign

A campaign is how Corda turns an authority gap into action. You pick a target page and a goal; Corda finds and prices the right publishers, and you approve the work before anything goes live.

You can build a campaign two ways: Manual build, where you set every detail yourself, or AI-assisted, where Corda proposes a full strategy for you to review.

Both ways lead to the same place. In other words, a campaign with publishers, content, and trackable orders.

Step 1: Start A New Campaign

Go to Campaigns and select Create Campaign. You’ll see two build options at the top:

OptionWhat it means
Manual build: Direct setupYou choose targeting, budget, and publishers yourself
AI-assisted: Strategy fitCorda’s Strategy assistant proposes the full campaign for you to approve

Pick whichever fits how much control you want over this campaign. You can always edit an AI-assisted strategy before approving it. So this isn’t a one-way decision.

Step 2: Fill In The Campaign Profile

This part is the same either way. Under “1. Campaign profile”, enter:

  • Campaign Name, which should be a short, descriptive name
  • Campaign Objective is next. Here, for example, you enter “Guest Post”
  • Brief should consist of your primary goal, target audience, and positioning for this campaign

Step 3: Build The Strategy

This is where the two paths differ.

If you chose Manual build, continue filling in the form yourself:

  • “2. Targeting and quality”: Industry, Region, DA Range, DR Range, Target Price Range, Traffic Range
  • “3. Budget and schedule”: Budget, Target Placements, Campaign Start Date, Campaign End Date

Then select “Create Campaign”. Corda creates the campaign and matches a pool of publishers against your filters in the background. But it doesn’t pick any of them for you yet.

If you chose AI-assisted, select “Generate strategy” (or Generate strategy and order, if you want Corda to place the orders as soon as you approve).

Corda builds the targeting, budget split, and publisher list itself. Then shows you a Review campaign strategy window with:

  • A campaign title and short description
  • Why this strategy, where it shows the reasoning behind this approach, not just a metric
  • Selected publishers, and each one with its price

From here, you can select Edit to adjust anything, or Approve campaign to accept it as proposed.

Step 4: Choose Your Publishers (Manual Build Only)

Since Manual build doesn’t pick publishers for you, go to the Discover tab. You’ll see every publisher Corda matched against your targeting. It also shows DR, traffic, category, and cost for each.

Now you can compare them side by side instead of relying on a single metric. Check the ones you want, then select “Add to Content Queue”.

If you used “AI-assisted”, your publishers are already selected as part of the approved strategy. So you can skip this step.

Step 5: Add Anchor Details

For each selected publisher, add the Anchor text ( the link text) and Anchor URL (the page) it should point to. Corda uses this when it builds the placement.

Step 6: Create The Content

Every campaign goes through the same Content Queue from here, regardless of how it was built. For each publisher, choose a content method:

  • AI-assisted: Corda generates a publisher-specific draft from a shared campaign brief
  • Write manually: you start from a blank editor and write it yourself

If you choose AI-assisted, fill in the shared brief once. Here you need to fill in basics like landing page, campaign theme or keyword cluster, tone, article length, and any instructions.

Once you provide the details, Corda adapts them into a unique angle, title, and article for each publisher. Shared settings don’t produce duplicate content.

Once drafts are ready, review them in “Review generated content”. Each one is marked Ready when it’s done. Select “Approve and place” when you’re satisfied.

Step 7: Track Your Orders

Corda confirms your wallet funds and submits each publisher order. From the Orders tab, you can see every order’s status.

For instance, you can check the specifics like publisher, category, DR, amount, and whether it’s in progress or awaiting a publication URL. Funds for each order stay in escrow until you approve the work.

Step 8: Watch It Run

The campaign’s Overview tab tracks placements secured against your target, publisher response rate, and budget spent versus available.

Reports compare results back to your original baseline. As a result, you can see whether the campaign is closing the gap it was built for. Not just how many links went live.
